Just to clarify, I’m not suggesting for a minute that I have or ever will have (for obvious anatomical reasons) any idea of what that might actually feel like, although I did once have kidney stones which despite being horrifically unpleasant and apparently the closest in terms of pain levels, as any man will get to actually giving birth, it's probably nothing like it.
